I have to sand them down and repaint them. I agree it is not a great idea. But we have sold them for 10 years and that is always how the factory has packaged them. In the photo of the item it shows them taped together. As there is one place in the world that makes them and that is how they come that is how we send them. Not sure why you blame the seller for sending you something that is just like the photo of the product.
