      Not a complete kit came in two shippments

      When I ordered a "kit" I expected everything to come together. I live in Canada so when I have stuff shipped to me I have to pay to cross the boarder and pay for each parcel I pick up. So when my "kit" I thought it all came as one parcel. To only find out when putting the parts on my customers car that the the rod ends did not come in the kit. But the paper in the box said they would only be a day or two away. One week later and of course the boarder fees and pick up fees again. Was not pleased.

      Long Wait

      Poor execution all around. There were 2 parcels to my purchase. UPS made no attempt to deliver my 1st package opting to put a sticker on my door when I was home the entire time. As far my 2nd package it arrived 2 weeks later and had I not been looking out my window.....
