    Not bad, nice look, decent price

    Nice set of bags, plastic. Nice size wish they where bigger but they are the measurements they list as. Price wise I’d be happier if the where in $130-160 price rang being realistic!Could be just on my 07 shadow 750 but mounting them sucked, I set them as far back on the mounts” actually strong 1/4 in steal” and they still set to far forward so I made some more mounts to move them back. Like I said could just be my bike. They seem strong and light. Only real reason for 5 and not 6 stars is probably my fault. I had large leather bags and when getting this I realized a few inches at top is kinda useless so it will have shorter carrying depth, Unless you pack it high and close lid. The only other thing was not bad but again use to leather fold over bags, the lid does not want to stay open ...

    Good but could be better.

    I had aged (old) leather bags and replaced them with these. They fit perfect on my Valkyrie (though not as tall as I would've liked). I drilled holes to fit my old mounting brackets. My bike is all black so they match. Locks rattle a bit while riding, have yet to ride in full rain but I expect them to be better than my old leaky leather bags.

    Great bags

    I just got back into cycling again after a 48 year absence and now that I'm older I find I need bags on my ride to carry things around. I had these on my watch list for months and finally pulled the trigger last month. I really didn't want black bags, but when they came I discovered that they were painted black, so I scuffed them down and ordered some matching paint. They came out great and look fantastic. They are nice heavy ABS plastic with locking tops and a soft liner on the bottom. I set them up with QD mounts so I can quickly remove them when needed.

    Great Value

    I have had these for a couple of weeks now and I'm not disappointed. The ABS is rigid enough to be stable. The Inside is finished off very smooth, the Hinges are solid. I would recommend these for anyone that needs more storage space. The bags came with mounting hardware and is easy enough to mount as long as you make a template to use from one side to another. I made a template from a Yard sale sign and measured from the hinges and they bolted up without any problems. I mounted these on my VTX 1300c, 2006 model.

    Beautiful, roomy, sharp looking hard saddle bags.

    I put these on my 1995 Honda VLX600 Shadow. They came with directions, but the directions were not needed. These were easy to install and came with all the necessary hardware, minus the two bolts that attach to the fender. They are much sturdier brackets than my old Viking leather bags came with. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend the vendor.
