    I buy one roll of this polyester batting each year to serve as a final filter for our plastic mesh net filter wrap for my large outside air conditioning condenser (fold at edges & staple). We have cottonwood trees nearby and the outer mesh catches the seed fluff, but the batting catches much smaller things (it turns black) that would otherwise wind up fouling the condenser heat exchange fins, thus saving energy and money. Seller should expand the usage list on his listing to include this use.

    Way thinner than described.

    Way thinner than the 1/2" thick description. It would be a stretch to even call this stuff 1/4" thick after i1t was unwrapped and laid out for a long time to become its full thickness.
