    Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery that had NOTHING to do with “courslesommelier”. They immediately sent a second item, when that was not delivered either they refunded my with out question. This product is easy to use and makes opening a bottle of wine a breeze. Although I am disappointed I couldn’t gift this wonderful item for others to see how well it works, I am impressed by their professional customer service.
