The quality is what you might expect for the price - low, but perfectly functional. It was new and well packed. Do know that they offer a 60x60mm version which is pictured in the listing. The actual mounting point functions differently on the 75x75mm; it is with bolts with wingnuts. That said, it works as you'd expect and is a great, easy addition to a rack for chest-supported rows and similar. Great seller communication.

I told seller if item was out of stock to issue refund; order canceled & refund issued. That same item, however, is still posted with more than 10 available, but it is now over 2x the price. Not an honest seller; would not recommend.
