Ordered 2 large items. 1st arrived perfectly packed, excellent condition. 2nd seemed it got repackaged very poorly in-route by bad carrier handling. Seller was amazing to work with!     Hard drives were exactly as described, shipping was phenomenal. Not just fast, but properly packed. I buy a lot of electronics, and many sellers toss even sensitive equipment into a bag and slap on a label. Nope, these guys packed the drives in anti static bags, and custom cut foam inserts for a properly sized box. FedEx and ups could have used my package in a rugby match and it still would have made it to me safely. I have just placed a second order.

    Good seller. Item arrived in good physical condition and was very well-packed. The card broke under use after a couple of days, but the refund process was quick and easy. I can't fault the seller for it failing since this was a used pull from a running server, and there's always a certain level of risk with old RAID hardware. Would still buy from this seller again - price was great and packing was on point.
