When the original item did arrive (must have been lost in the USPS system which is a V rare occurrence !!!) it appeared to have been exposed to a V high temp = bottle badly deformed = am afraid to use the contents. Thankfully the the replacement came today, a fair time befoe I ran out. The seller's help is V much appreciated =understatement. Many thanks!!!!

It reached the Sacramento Facility on Sunday 6-8-25 and took 4 days floating around their. then I got the empty package del. to me on Monday 6-16-25 Nothing inside the shipping package. What happened those 4 days it was at the Sacramento facility??
