Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Poor quality.

    This antenna is simply not made very well. The nose cone had come lose from the rest of the unit because they were barely glued together. There were no drain holes and worse of all, the metal bracket that attaches the antenna to the pole is so flimsy that you can bend it easily with your hand which means in any kind of high wind it is sure to get mis-aligned.

    Increased cell phone reception

    I was skeptical, but after mounting the antenna on the roof and connecting it to my current cell signal booster, I experienced at least a 35% signal increase over using a directional antenna. I live in a rural area 10-15 miles from the closest cell tower provided by my carrier.

    A Must have for Antenna Oscillating Problems. Very Happy Now!

    Big performance improvement! After removing included small antenna and replacing it with this directional panel antenna it removed all my oscillating problems and improved overall performance by 8-10db.

    Not impressed by the build quality.

    Not impressed by the build quality. It is cheap, but arrived with the cover partly damaged and popped off of the main antenna. Once assembled it did work as promised, to a degree.
