      Lovely, well constructed jewelry box. Any little girl would love to have it. The lift out tray with hidden compartment under it is very nice. The ballerina and music box work as they should.

      Nice but cheap version of classic jewelry box

      imported box is cheaply made but is of decent value, will make any young girl happy, the music part often gets damaged by dropping or in transit, it can often be "re-ajusted" and will work like new again playing the tune, as that may vary. Purchase between $29 t0 $39 dollars often including shipping for free. (mine did) don't fall for pricey look a likes, it's the same brand and quality. A first time jewelry box for your sweetie, until you buy her a diamond! (laugh!)

      A little girl's dream jewelry box

      This shiny metal "quilted" box, with a soft pink interior, plays Beethoven's Fur Elise, while a ballerina twirls in front of a mirror. The wind-up music mesmerizes, and the top jewelry section lifts up to show a hidden square storage area. This will delight a little dancer, or any young girl. Pretty and recommended.

      The music box does not work properly, and it is loose in the jewelry box. I turned the key to wind it and it snapped back and pinched my fingers. I can't imagine giving this to a child. A total let down. I expected much more from Lenox. It will look pretty on a shelf but has zero functionality as a music box/dancing ballarina. I am not sure how long it will look pretty. If the outside is as bad as the inside, it won't be long, I'm sure.
