Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Better than using a hammer tenderizer

    I have used for a while now and find it very handy it uses blades to tenderize meat and it does a good job also allowing seasonings and sauces deep into the meat for a great flavor. It comes apart easy for cleaning and goes back together just as easy.

    Parts missing

    Shipping was very fast-- I needed this for a gift. It was ordered on Friday & was here on Monday! When I check all the assorted parts listed there was to be 3 allen wrenches, only 2 were in the small plastic bag. The smallest, part #19, was missing. I only hope my son has extra allen wrenches. ALSO on the cut outs in the Styrofoam packing there was a smaller cut out that was empty. I went over the parts listed but couldn't figure out what may be missing--- maybe this was just an extra cut out to make it symmetrical in the cutting process, I'll have to wait till my son puts it together to see what may, or may not be missing. We have one & it sure makes cubing steaks real easy-- usually need to run the meat through 2 or 3 times but that just makes it better to absorb the marinade. My son ...

    Fast and easy to use.

    Setup was very easy with simple directions. I ran about 15 pounds of round steak through it in about 10 minutes the first time I used it. I ran the meat through twice just to be sure it was thoroughly tenderized. It did an excellent job. Cleanup was really easy. A small bottle brush will get between the blades if needed. Build quality seems good.

    The professional cuber is no toy

    Just clamp this baby down to your counter top and crank some round steak through it and be ready for some great cube steak. You can also search the web for some great country fried steak recipes. Either way it's great........ Just be careful with the razor sharp blades.

    WORKS WELL

    This tenderizer works well but takes a few run times to really do the job; not a big deal. Very sturdy and fairly easy to clean. The clamps would not open wide enough to fit my counter; again not a big deal. I would recommend this product
