    the package arrived safely, good packing. BUT for SUCH high price i feel like i've been cheated..! i've had the same design bong i bought back in 2007 for 15 pounds in U.K., but my old bong was trashed and that's why i bought this , but it's nothing near the quality of my old one! this looks like it's been put zero effort to make it look good - painted basically in one color only, without any details.. face, hands, bottom left unpolished raw ceramic... NOT WORTH FOR SUCH PRICE! very disappointed
