Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Bt-Total is wonderful if....

    I don't have an enzyme in my stomach to break down and digest the B vitamins in a vitamin tablet. So sublingual works for me. And this one tastes the best. Better than holding the tablets under your tongue waiting for them to dissolve this is liquid you hold under your tongue. I am also anemic so I have to take an iron tab every day. The B-total wears off, and you know it because the B6 is missing and you can't sleep. When was young, I had a great MD that knew that I didn't digest B vitamins. I would show up in his office when my heart started banging in my chest going up the stairs. He used to give me LIV shots which contained all the B's and iron. I'd feel so much better They don't do that anymore.

    Effective way to get B vitamins

    This is a good-tasting way to make sure we get all the B vitamins. It is absorbed under the tongue, and therefore is not destroyed by the digestive system. I have been using it for years and it is very cost-effective.
