    Norelco quality,...almost 100%

    Norelco is the only electric razor I will use. They are the best crafted, and the most comfortable. I am bald and use it on my entire skull. It is clean and close, and rinses clean under the tap. There is one feature that cost this purchase a star, that Norelco seems to have eliminated. The corded power option. As you can see in the stock photo, it claims to work with both corded and cordless power. This is not true, and I noticed they eliminated this feature several years ago on their shavers. It used to be that when the battery died, you could plug the shaver in and finish up on AC power. This no longer works. It is a feature they eliminated out of cheapness. Otherwise, this is as great a shaver as they have ever made, but if the battery dies, plan on waiting for the shaver to charge.

    absolutely the best rotary shaver for the money.

    although there are many different rotary shavers that claimed to be waterproof, or more "comfortable", this one is absolutely hands down the best one. it is basic, simple, easy to change the heads when they wear out,and gives the best, closest shave. it also has a very stout charging cord without an external transformer and the charges very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this. My 1st 1 was a 6955 XL; when it wore out I got a newer model which was a 3100 series and while it was marginally more comfortable to use, did a terrible job and I felt like I had to keep shaving 2 or 3 times a day. This shaver is "one and done". shave in the morning and your good until the next day. cheers 8407eb

    Better, but not best

    It is an electric razor. It does a decent job, but it takes a while and it never is as close as a blade shaver. Convenient when traveling or in a hurry for a fair shave. It is just my back up unit.
