      Inside hive feeder of good quality

      The Harvest lane FEEDIH-102 inside hive feeder has been a god-send for my first hive. Tried using the one-quart size entrance feeder but it was leaky and attracted ants and flies, and keeping up with consumption was a constant chore. The inside hive feeder holds a generous 96 ounces of sugar-water and right now at the beginning of the season is lasting about 3-4 days. I use a funnel to pour the mixture into the feeder and pour slowly to allow bees inside the feeder at the low level to come up and out until it's full. So far, so good.

      She's Mint!!!

      Can be a bit of a pain to put together if you have mits like mine, but that's the way she goes. I've had 0 dead from this feeder. Tips for not drowning bees. Introducing them to the sugar water early keeps them from going nuts if you do it during a dearth. You can also feed pollen and dry sugar from it.

      Well Fed Bees are Productive Bees

      The item arrived on time, easily assembled and went into the hive without any problems. The bees seem to have taken to it and I have not notices any drowned bees.

      Feeder

      I like the idea that I can put it inside my brood box but it was a little difficult and frustrating to put together I don't know how it is going to work I'm a little worried about the construction.
