Initially, I had to contact the seller before they even acknowledged the fact it hadn't been delivered. And I had to listen to them talking about 'missing labels' or some such. I was patient. But now I have had to give up 2 days of my own commitments as have promised it would be delivered "the next day", and we have had to stay in (Reply from: lvflooring- Feedback replied by seller lvflooring.- Feedback replied by seller lvflooring.Yes unfortunately the initial delay was caused by a labelling issue for which we sincerely apologised on behalf of the courier. Once that was resolved, your item was promptly dispatched. However, it then became clear the reason for the continued delay was due to your address being highly restricted, with limited access for larger vehicles even a car would struggle. As a result, DX had to outsource the delivery to a local courier with a smaller van.Throughout this process I have kept you updated
