    A favorite

    Really great flashlight. Well-made and lasts a long time with 3-AA Cells. I have LED flashlights that are brighter, but they typically discharge in 2 hours or so. Pencil beams also make it hard to see items nearby - - but just out of the beam, The optics in these appear to be a good compromise between brightness and illuminated solid angle. I keep these around for finding things in the dark and in the event of power failures. They just seem to keep going when others fail.
