Pictures shown in the listing did not show the actual ream being sent, so not sure if the wrapper was already torn. It may have gotten ripped during shipping because the box was too big for the ream. Even though it had 3 air packs together, one popped, which made the ream not flat but bent back. I'd recommend either using a smaller box or more padding. Paper was intact, though. Good quality paper and worked well with my color laser.

It's a bit pricier than other papers but it's well worth it.
