    So far, so good w/respect to holding a charge.

    As a (presumably) OEM battery, it fits snugly & as intended. It came pre-charged despite having an included notice that was slipped into its plastic packaging pouch which states to: "Charge for at least 12 hours" prior to use. As of this writing and only having the battery for a couple of weeks, so far its holding a reasonably long charge. Only time will tell if it continues to perform as one would expect it to, i.e., before eventually prematurely fading with subsequent use / repeated charging.

    Cell phone battery review

    Although is brand new; it was manufactured in 2015 About 3.3 years old. Do not hold the charge for more than one hour of conversation or 4 days of been "ON" without use. Made in China, so quality could be questionable. Rated at 1500 mAh and not way for me to verify that, however I have purchased other types of batteries from China where the capacity stated was not reflected in the actual duration of the charge. knowing the behavior of the leaders in that country towards favoring national manufacturers, i will not be surprise if one day we find out that some of the claims are actually hot air and consider to be part of a marketing strategy for Chinese industry. The price is low; therefore a good value in general.

    OK for the price

    My phone (a 3 year old net ten touch screen) seemed to lose its charge in a couple hours after being at 100%. then when on charger would charge up in a very short time. I figured it was the original battery at fault. The new battery isn't much better. I have no way to swap iot into another phone to compare. maybe the new battery is fine and the phone doesn't charge properly. The price of the battery is great compared to walking into a store and buying one. Maybe I will replace the phone and save this battery as a spare.

    Excellent battery

    My phone battery was several years old and was failing to hold a charge for more than a couple days. I ordered this one and it was delivered from NY to Alaska over a weekend. It keeps my phone powered for a week. Excellent service, excellent battery!

    Not too good.. Doens't hold a charge for long.

    I bought the cell phone battery to replace one in my cell phone. The new one holds a charge for less time than my old one did (after 2 years use). Aren't you sorry you asked?
