Operation is good, click wheel feels great. Battery life is good, and while the sound is not studio accurate, it is fun and reminds me of how my music collection sounded 20 years ago. It has a bit of bass boost and a touch of treble that makes for easy listening and hides flaws in poor recordings. Packaging was secure and well done. Couldn't be happier with the seller.

Four years ago a purchased an iPod class - 5th generation from this seller. It worked beautifully but this past week I met it’s demise by slipping out of my shirt pocket and falling HARD. I made a sad little noise and I did several stupid things to try and fix it that only made matters worse. I immediately went to eBay to see if this store still sold refurbed gen 5s. And they do!! I bought 2! My two immaculate iPods arrived quick! Thx!!
