    This is one of the best purchases I have made on eBay. I have used these printers for businesses and home offices since they were 1st introduced by HP. This is a heavy-duty/ quality printer. Basically, I use these until they no longer print.. I was surprised when I found that White Spider carried a refurbished model. Great price, excellent packaging (foam formed around the printer), quick delivery. The printer appeared clean and new-looking, as if fresh off the assembly line. Thank you

    This is an older, refurbished laser printer. It's appearance is like new. The output quality is outstanding. Judging from the size of the toner cartridges, it must be a commercial grade printer. The installation instructions could have been clearer, but the process worked once I was sure the files I selected were correct.

    Quirks and bugs make it unreliable

    While HP's CP line of laserjets have a poor reputation in general, I had hoped that the CP2025, the more popular model in the CP line, would be usable. Unfortunately, there are a number of issues that prevent this printer from performing even light duty. First, each edition of the printer's firmware solves some issues, and then introduces others. For example, the latest edition firmware (20140702) resolves misc software issues. However, it also introduces fusing temperature and roller speed changes that will dramatically affect label printing performance, as well as color accuracy. Specifically, setting the print paper type to "label" changes reds to pink and neutrals to blue. I have confirmed this issue across multiple CP2025's with before and after firmware upgrade tests.     HP CP2025 - Nice value, solid performance

    Buying used computer equipment can be a risk, but it is much more comfortable when buying from a quality seller backed by eBay. This printer provides excellent output quality, doesn't have too big of a footprint, and was easy to set up for both my Windows and Mac computers. The 2025 is connected to my network so that all connected devices can use the printer. There are no drivers/printer software packages available on the HP website for Mac 10.9+ but the printer was easily installed using "System Preferences / Printers and Scanners" to add the 2025. On the other hand, the HP support site has drivers/printer software for Win 10 as well as older OSs. Very satisfied with this printer.

    Great high end home / small business workhorse printer

    I've had one of these printers for years and absolutely love it. Unfortunately my last one died and the part is no longer available so this is a replacement for it. The print quality is excellent and these printers are great for home and small office use.

    reliable printer

    I purchased the same model printer over 10 years ago and it was great. I had just loaded up on $500 worth of toner this summer when it wore out. I purchased this rebuilt printer and it's working well too. I'm glad I was able to buy the rebuilt version since I have so much toner on hand.
