Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Schick keeps abandoning good razors--this one is very good

    Schick 's Quattro razor blade with a fifth blade for trimming is a good thing. Why is it difficult to find? Probably because the company is advertising their new 5 blade razor instead. I had this happen before when I was using their 2002 blades: these were a double-edged razor blade with twin edges on each side. Despite their name (rather like BMW's 2002 cars, same era) the latest copyright I found on those was 1979. I kept using them into the 1990s--finding them in rural groceries and pharmacies and buying out the last of one local pharmacy' stock. If Schick doesn't want to sell these Quattro blades, at some point, I am going to try the Dollar Shave Club. Brand loyalty to Schick is getting me nowhere. These blades are a good deal if you like this configuration!

    "Awesome" with the razor sharp features.

    The best razor blades I've ever shaved with. Ordinarily I can get no more than 3 shaves from my other blades but with the Schick Quattro I can double the number of shaves.

    Great value

    I was skeptical about multiblade razors several years ago. Two? Three? Then I got a sample Quatro in the mail for no apparent reason. Love it. I may have a light beard, dunno, never compare mine with anyone, but (and for heaven's sake don't tell Schick) I get about three months of shaving out of one blade. That makes it WAY cheaper than the old Trac IIs I used to use.
