It's said to be thermal insulated gloves but when I went out in the cold my hands were freezing, as if I wasn't wearing gloves. They are brand new, they look very good & the value for them would be better if they were a better fit for me.

The Velcro wrist straps just barely wraps around my wrist, but I’m hoping it’ll stretch over time & use. Otherwise, it’s a high quality product. Shipping was fast & excellent.

I bought a motorcycle bag and they sent me one bicycle pannier. I messaged them, they replied quickly. Once they verified that I was indeed sent the wrong item, they shipped the correct one and a return label. Their customer support is impressive !
