After several days of calling FedEx to find the missing shipment, I had to ask the seller to open a case. FedEx admitted to the seller that they had lost the shipment. Marinestuff2020 offered to make a replacement sail cover or to refund my payment. I chose the refund and they promptly have refunded my payment in full.
