      Not worth the money.

      Water in my neighborhood is extremely expensive. My last hand held shower broke and it had a built in water saver. The new one I bought doesn’t, so I bought this device hoping to conserve water. While you can adjust the water pressure with this valve, water literally pours out of it and down the shower hose. So while I can reduce the water pressure with this, actual water usage is unchanged, if not actually increased. The device does what it’s advertised to do, but does it actually conserve water? No. You’re better off getting a hand held shower with a built in water saver.

      .Works As Described

      Perfect... works exactly as described. Those that complain about the valve not being able to completely shut off the water didn't read the full description. It does not come with a washer, but it was not needed. I used teflon tape, and it seals great.
