    I have to take 5,000 mg of this daily and this is a great product. The first 3-4 days my body had to get used to it. After 30 minutes I had 1-2 five second moments of indigestion. But after that its not happened. I was taking a 500 mg from different company that kept making my stomach super acidic, with indigestion pretty much 6-10 times after dose every hour for a few hours. It made me loathe taking it. Not this one. Even in those first few days it was WAY less irritating to my stomach. So, I'll be buying it again.
