But so many of them were partially shelled, and there were so many shell fragments in the bag, that to keep from damaging my teeth and causing digestive trouble, I had to spit out almost half the nuts before I could finish chewing them. I won't buy AIVA shelled pistachios again. I found Braga Organic Farms pistachios far preferable.
