I soaked them for about 12 hours between very wet paper towels and covered with saran wrap. Planted in a recycled lettuce container with lid in 1/2 Miracle Grow Perlite and 1/2 Coconut Coir. Temp is about 65 in the house and didn't do anything special. Arrived on 2-8 and started seeing activity of sprouting 2-11, 2-12, at least a dozen are standing up. Very Excited! Oh, ordered 100 seeds and just under 150 arrived.
