Seller had 3 days to reply but chose not to reply or explain why they took my money with no product to send in return,

I started a claim with eBay and then seller said if I dropped the claim then he would ship out my missing item the next day. 3 weeks later, I haven’t received my item and seller will not respond to my messages. Buyer beware! Dishonest seller!!!
