I was skeptical but really like the side closure rather than the end opening . much easier to access everything. I have a Rock brothers top tube bag and after a couple of years if use I can report that the zippers hold up very well. It isn't huge so your not going to be able to carry lunch in it but its big enough for a patch kit, battery, compressed air tire inflater with 2 cylinders, rubber gloves

I bought a motorcycle bag and they sent me one bicycle pannier. I messaged them, they replied quickly. Once they verified that I was indeed sent the wrong item, they shipped the correct one and a return label. Their customer support is impressive !
