    Overall very satisfied.

    About what would be excepted for a 11 year old used unit. Learning curve to use was higher than expected but Barnes Noble phone tech service was very helpful in factory reset and new registration process. Unit required latest firmware download update and since that process Nook Color has access to our account digital library.

    Damaged

    I got this for my mom birthday in june.. and just found out that she wasn't able to charged and she never told me. I got her a new charger but apparently is the device that doesn't charge. So im disappointed with this
