      Power steering pump 2001 BMW M3

      Pump worked great so far I would recommend priming the pump it has a hex bolt in the center pulley Use a battery operated ratchet turning clockwise run it until you feel resistance or see the fluid in the reservoir circulating next while car is still in the air turn wheels far left and far right at least 5 times. I highly recommend replacing the reservoir since it has the filter also replace the Banjo bolt with check valve in order to avoid future steering lock and power steering overheating. Good luck!
