    Solidly built, versatile.

    Very solidly built, I like the ability to pivot the screen for presentation mode, and to lay down as a tablet surface for working on photograph retouches or composing artwork. Really like having a long battery life. Excellent all around for my work purposes, and for hobby creative work. The Slim Pen II is an excellent add-on, and will see lots of use for my more artistic work. The screen images are sharp and color good. It is a bit heavy to tote around, but still portable. I highly recommend it.

    Powerful machine, but decent battery.

    Like the design of the laptop, battery life could be better, but overall it gets the job done for my flow of work. And yes, it's somewhat heavy, not ideal for single-handed tablet mode. I work with 3D programs (like MAYA, and Unreal), do some occasional digital art - so far I don't have any major issues with the performance; it keeps up pretty well. I believe this laptop will last me for a good time.
