    Good Quality

    I believe this to be of very good quality. The drawback for me is that it is to be taken 30 minutes before a meal. Some people can manage this with no problem but I am not one of them.

    Berberine and glucose levels

    I find that it is one of the best preparations of berberine that lower blood sugar. It’s no metformin but along with metformin I have seen glucose levels better controlled. By the yellow color it’s obviously berberine. I don’t dare taste it because it tastes horrible! I would recommend this product heartily! The seller is awesome too! Mike
