Sent them pictures of what I did receive and it was not what I ordered and I sent them it several times. They did not refund me fully only partially on each item. The alligator clip is very tight, so it will stay securely fastened. I even received an extra battery. I think a great value for the money. The shipping could have been a little better. Even though a shipping label was created and I received a tracking number within a few hours of purchase, it didn't start moving through the post office for another 6 days. Still, the shipping was free. Great job! 😊
