      Doesn't work as original

      Massager came solid, unlike the original I purchased at a Pure Romance party. I followed the instructions. Boiled it but now it has cyrstalized again and I massaged it but it never actually got hot. Only heated from boiling water used to "activate" I pressed the metal piece several times. Doesn't work as original I purchased (and subsequently over boiled and burst).
