They usually bring it to the front door and I was expecting it so I kept checking and finally walked out to the mailbox. Though well packed, the outer leaves turned brownish and translucent. I hope there is enough left of the center to keep it going. Definitely not the seller's fault! It was well packed, but what I learned was don't order any more until the weather cools off!
