Battery arrived in the condition specified - used and within 10%-30% battery wear. I'm a bit disappointed that the condition is at the worse end of that scale - 29% - but that's still within what was specified in the listing. Battery has been working great in my Latitude 7390 - holds a charge and looks like it'll last 8+hrs of light usage. Both better than the battery I replaced!
