Although seller created the problem by selling an item which should not have been sold in the first place, he does not accept returns. Nice. I guess the philosophy is: let's put the burden on the buyer to see if they will take the time necessary to work through the return process with eBay. States that there was a microscopic fracture that the camera would not pickup and Blames in his own words that Ebay would not accept his pictures needed for him to be guaranteed a return or his money back. You have to follow EBAY POLICY when an item is Guaranteed by Ebay and you have a problem. We pay a lot of Ebay fees and Ebay handles the funds as we all know. Very high fees.
