    Item was as advertised. Packaging was good. The instructions are very generic and had dark photos which made assembly longer. Part of the preassembled base plate needed adjustment but the included Allen key did not fit. The Allen key did work for the many screws and bolts in the kit. It is fairly strong once assembled, but is a little top-heavy.
