Holds a charge for a long time.It took about 20min to change battery. They have parts & Battery for lots of devices.Thank You

That was not good enough, the customer demanded a refund and threatened to use a negative review and feedback to get a free item. Unfortunately, ebay does not protect sellers like they do with the buyers. The claims made are false. The only difference was the color of the battery coating, everything else is the same as in the listing. The customer is not always right, especially in this case.
