    Seller would not admit to a mistake of listing and describing an item I thought I was buying. They sent me a different item and I opened a return and seller then said I got what was pictured and proceeded to tell me I got a better item. Seller then waited to the last possible moment to accept and send a return label. After receiving the returned item, they then waited again to the last moment to send refund. Never apologized. I just wanted what I bought.

    This seller never sent the item and then sent me a $25 refund (with no message response) but kept the $11.75 shipping fee. I messaged two times asking for them to refund the shipping fee since they weren’t sending me the jeans. No response. Had to escalate to eBay to get my full refund. Seller never wrote back once during the whole interaction. Very odd. Maybe they try to scam new users by sending only part of a refund and keeping the shipping.
