    This item was described as new and in an unopened box. However, the box was beat to heck and super taped up. It was delivered in a box that was even more beat up and taped up. With that being said, I believe the foot massager was new, but you can't convince me that the box wasn't opened. However, the foot massager seems unused and clean. Close enough! I am not picky. The massager is super nice, everyone in the house gives it two thumbs up. Smooth transaction and good communication. Thanks!!

    wrong and missing parts

    the camera works fine but missing mounting brackets, also power supply was a 6 volt. 1amp. witch caused CAMERA to heat up, should have been 6v- 800mA. HAD TO PURCHASE WRONG AND MISSING PARTS. JAMES L
