      Air conditioner was delivered and the box had a lot of damage, old weatherd damage that would happen over time being moved around in a storage environment. When I opened the box the air conditioner looked to be in good condition overall except where two screws had pushed into the front of the cooling fins on the radiator. I contacted the seller about getting an exchange, they said the damage did not look to bad, and I could install it, and turn it on. If it works they will give me 75 dollars. I

      we settled with $75 partial refund.it was shipping damage from Fedex.we did follow up ASAP. Dont understand why you left negative. We did ebay massage back and forth without any issues. it is up to you leaving feedback. but no idea why your left negative feedback.
