The muffler is not the exact same as the stock one but, the bolt pattern and footprint do allow it to work on a 391. Compared to the stock muffler, this dual port allows so much more exhaust flow. Had to slightly tune the carb after but, still have limiters installed. No need to take them out. Saw really pulls hard now and doesn’t bog down as much with the bar buried. I think the performance gained is worth the price. Paint did peel some after muffler got really hot.
