As I was inspecting the parts I found a big problem with the rocker arm shafts. The oiling holes were drilled in the wrong locations on both shafts. I guess there's no quality control when these are assembled. I filed a return with Ebay and the seller. Sent in some pics, and got a full refund from the seller. Make sure you inspect your parts before using them.
