I LIVE IN MINNESOTA SO ALL THE BOLTS WERE RUSTED IN. THERE ARE HOLES IN THE VAN TO SPRAY PENERANT & I WOUL RECCOMENT SPRAYING THE BOLT IN THE VAN FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THEN DO THE OUT IN OUT IN OUT IN TO GET THE BOLTS OUT WITH OUT STRIPPING THE BLIND NUTS OR BREAKING THE BOLTS OFF, AS THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME OUT FOR ME & I HAD A 1/2 IMPACT.

I just question that it being New but it was a good price

Like.
