These are keyed to only Retevis/Aaluince products, unlike other BT handsets but hey it works, sounds great, has its own volume pot and maybe at the most 1 ms delay/latency but it's used with DMR that already has 20-30ms latency. Had it shipped from the US I'd have given 5 stars. This is pre tariffs so not sure why Canada. Also customer service I'd definitely in China. Good communication given that fact.
