It held my tent, sleeping pad and a spare set of cycling shorts, shirt and jacket, and I strapped my sleeping bag on top. Waterproof , stayed secure , didn’t notice it at all while riding. One set of Velcro straps started to rip off after 2 days- the strap that fastens to the bottom of your seat, and holds the majority of the weight of the bag- is only sewn to the top of the bag, so I just used a spare strap I had and went under the bag to fix it.
