Bit did ok until it contacted half a diameter of 1/2 " rebar. After 45 minutes of boring I gave up. The bit was only about half way thru the rebar. Contacted the vender and did the refreshing of the bit by boring thru a concrete block. No improvement. Finally went out and bought a $50 German made carbide percussion bit and got thru the rebar in about 10 minutes. Should have done it at start.
